Rita Harris recently completed an advanced class in cupping therapy in Colorado and now offers this wonderfully therapeutic service at Exclusively Faces. We now offer a complementary cupping sample with any massage.

Rita is a nationally certified massage therapist who has over 18 years of experience in the spa industry.  She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and graduated from Yvonne De Velar School of Skin Care in Vienna, VA.

What is Cupping Therapy?
This traditional, time honored treatment remains favored by millions of people worldwide because it is safe, comfortable and remarkable effective for many health disorders. The effect of Massage therapy is greatly increased with cupping. Through suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid soft tissue; drains excess fluids and toxins; loosens and lifts connective tissues, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Cupping is particularly helpful if you have a  problem area that needs additional attention.
It helps soften the muscle with reverse massage, working the muscle both ways!  It feels great and is very effective.

Magnetic cupping treatment works by stimulating, reviving, reforming and promoting growth of cells-rejuvenating tissues and increasing the number of sound blood corpuscles. It also stimulates metabolism and increasing the amount of oxygen available to the cells.
