Julie Hoffman

Patient Coordinator

Julie is an RN with over 17 years of nursing and operating room experience. She combines with her nursing expertise a personal interest in cosmetics and anti-aging therapies. As an expert in skin care she will assist our patients in developing an effective regimen. She brings enthusiasm to our practice as our Patient Care Coordinator. She is our office liaison,  directing patient care during and after the consultation process.

Julie follows and cares for the patient throughout their cosmetic experience. Her expertise lies in helping Dr. Karen to personalize each surgical package to fit the needs of that patient because there are never two plans exactly the same. She brings to our practice her vast knowledge and enthusiasm along with her unique background in the medical and skin care field ensuring our patients the ultimate in personal care. Her knowledge and compassion make our patients feel completely satisfied. We are lucky to have her.

Cayla Jewell

Reception / Nursing Assistant

Cayla comes to us with over 3 years experience in the medical field and also has a diploma as a medical assistant. She is very familiar with all aspects of patient interaction as she has training at all points of the process. Cayla is a warm and friendly presence in the office and has the ability to make people smile. Cayla often puts patients at ease with her humor and easy manner which always makes a visit to the doctor’s office a bit less intimidating.

Cayla became familiar with the practice long before she worked here as she had been a cosmetic surgical patient of Dr. Karen’s who enjoyed the experience so much she wanted to join the team.

Melissa Youngblood

Concierge, Sales and Marketing

Melissa joins us as both a friend and patient of Dr. Karen’s.   As a long-time consumer of massage, skin care and anti-aging therapies, she possesses a broad range of knowledge on the cosmetic industry and the services we offer.

As a life-long resident of the Winchester area, Melissa is dedicated to our community and the people who live here.  She is a member of Opequon Presbyterian Church, a member of the Parent Advisory Board of the WMC Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a supporter and fundraiser for the March of Dimes and the Free Medical Clinic of the Northern Shenandoah Valley.    Melissa is thrilled to be able to refer potential clients to our beautiful, warm, and nurturing practice.  As a former career person and full-time wife and mother to her two children, Melissa is especially in tune and empathetic to the needs of busy women.    She finds it especially meaningful to be a part of a team of individuals that are dedicated to making others look, feel, and become their very best from the inside out.

Rita Harris

Licensed Esthetician & Massage Therapist

Rita is nationally certified in massage therapy with medical massage training and comes to us with over 18 years of experience in the Spa industry involving management, consulting, training and performing services.  She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and graduated from Yvonne De Velar School of Skin Care in Vienna, VA. Her services include facials such as the Oxygen facial or Collagen Facial, massages such as the Swedish, Raindrop Therapy, Lomi Lomi or Stone Massage, body treatments such as Mud wraps, scrubs, waxing and more. She has worked at various spas obtaining training of various techniques and ways of healing, to make your experience the most enjoyable.

Rita has been trained in many healing modalities and has a unique way of making her clients feel special with a comforting touch. When leaving the treatment room, you will feel great and be ready to face whatever life throws your way. We are pleased to have her with us.

Tiffany Hottle

Administrative Assistant

Tiffany joined our team in November 2009; she is our Administrative Assistant and is currently enrolled at Lord Fairfax Community College working towards her certificates in Medical Billing and Coding as well as Phlebotomy. Tiffany formerly worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2007.

Tiffany is the pleasant voice you hear when you call our office and the friendly face you see when you walk through the door. She will greet you with a smile and make your first impression a great one! We are so pleased to have Tiffany a part of the team here at Exclusively Faces.
