Fraxel Laser Treatment

What is it? The Fraxel Laser targets old, damaged cells without affecting surrounding tissue and helps the skin to achieve a natural healing process that produces healthy tissues to replace damaged cells.

How does it work? Performed in office, the procedure typically takes 20 to 25 minutes for a full facial treatment. The skin is cleansed and treated with a topical anesthetic and the laser is applied. Most patients describe feeling a “prickling” sensation during the procedure.

What are the results? Directly afterwards, your skin may feel sunburned and appear slightly red. The Fraxel laser is known for being more gentle compared to other lasers, therefore downtime after treatment is minimal. IPL Photofacial

What is it? Photofacial technology uses lasers and pulsed lights to remove unwanted skin imperfections.

How does it work? IPL Photofacials require no anesthetics and are completed in just a few minutes time. A light emitting wand is placed over the area of skin needing repair. Patients have described a slight rubber band “snapping” feeling during treatment but the procedure is fairly quick and otherwise painless. You will be able to return to every day activities immediately after.

What are the results? Results are usually produced after about 4 treatments, but once the photofacial’s benefits take into effect, you will enjoy clear, glowing skin free of brown spots and any signs of sun damage.

VI Peel

What is it? A blend of powerful ingredients designed to uncover beautiful, youthful skin. Its ingredients work to gently remove the outermost layer of skin and remove signs of hyperpigmentation, age spots, and freckles.

How does it work? The solution, which stimulates collagen production, is applied to skin and other necessary areas. The process normally takes about 20 minutes and aside from slight stinging, there is typically no pain involved.

BOTOX

Perlane

New Beauty sat down to chat with Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr about her skincare regimen and aging worries. We love her natural and positive approach for achieving glowing skin that will be the envy of all your friends because it’s not intimidating or extravagant at all!

“I’m just gonna take it day by day and not worry too much about the aging process,” she said. So relax a little! Sometimes we forget that stressing out about something, usually only makes it worse. Adding a monthly massage or facial to your routine is a great way to free your mind from worries about aging and focus on the positives!

Miranda also encourages eating healthily, (but without depriving yourself of occasional indulgences!) routine exercise (she loves yoga!), and natural skin care products that include vitamins and antioxidants.
