We kicked off the walk at about 8:45 AM after a lovely speech from Dr. Karen and a moment of silence in remembrance of 9/11.

Everyone had a great time and the event was a huge success with more than 60 participants and over $8,000 raised!

We’re so happy to be able to support such a great cause and so thankful for all of the community members who joined us in doing so.

He is honored to have received the bronze President’s Volunteer Service Award as recognition for the considerable amount of time he has volunteered to The Laurel Center.
