PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Julie is an RN with 17 years of nursing and operating room experience. She combines with her nursing expertise a personal interest in cosmetics and anti-aging therapies. As an expert in skin care she will assist our patients in developing an effective regimen. She brings enthusiasm to our practice as our Patient Care Coordinator. She is our office liaison, directing patient care during and after the consultation process.

Julie follows and cares for the patient throughout their cosmetic experience. Her expertise lies in helping Dr. Karen to personalize each surgical package to fit the needs of that patient because there are never two plans exactly the same. She brings to our practice her vast knowledge and enthusiasm along with her unique background in the medical and skin care field ensuring our patients the ultimate in personal care. Her knowledge and compassion make our patients feel completely satisfied. . We are lucky to have her.

FRANK D'ALESSIO
PRACTICE MANAGER

Frank D’Alessio joins the practice with a desire to make the patient experience special by capitalizing on his experience in taking care of individuals. Utilizing his candid and thoughtful approach to making people feel informed, comfortable and at ease, he will make the challenging process of choosing to have cosmetic work done much less daunting.

Frank has had an extensive career in the Hospitality industry. He has worked for such internationally recognized corporations as; Hilton, Marriott, Brinker International, Park Place Entertainment (Caesars) /Harrah’s, Thomson CSF and Penn National Gaming.

Frank brings with him a unique perspective on catering to the needs of our patients, quality, and client satisfaction. He has managed small staffs, in an intimate environment, as well as, large organizations in a corporate setting.

Born in New York, Frank attended The University at Albany and Pace University. He has a varied background in accounting and has worked in a number of areas around the country. He has enjoyed his time learning about and understanding the different lifestyles in each locale.

Nichole Parkinson
Customer Care & Administration

Nichole, our administrative assistant, brings to us over seven years of experience. Her compassionate care and concern for the well being of our patients makes her a true asset to our office. She provides a friendly, confidential and supportive experience for all of our clients. Nichole is a joy to be around and very easy to talk to. Her expertise keeps us on track to better serve you and her vast knowledge of the industry and our services helps to ensure that you have the most satisfying experience. Her dedicated efforts help to provide you with a cosmetic experience that is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Pascale Loomis
Aesthetician

Pascale is a Certified Aesthetician. With over sixteen years of skin care experience, she provides facials, waxing, makeup application and other services, in a relaxing ambience for her clients. Her goal is for everyone to look their best and to feel good about themselves when they leave the MediSpa. Pascale prides herself on attention to detail and commitment to patient needs. She believes not only does the body benefit from taking care of yourself, but so does the mind and the spirit.

Michelle Montessi
Medical Assistant

When Michelle joined our practice as the medical assistant she brought over 4 years of experience in assisting with patient care in the office and the OR. Michelle’s natural curiosity fuels her desire to learn, stretch and grow and makes Michelle conscientious in her patient care as she enjoys learning about the patients we treat. She continues to expand her medical education. She is very friendly, dedicated and charming as she strives to help all of Dr. Karen’s patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their experience with our office.

Cayla Jewell
Reception

Cayla comes to us with over 3 years experience in the medical field and also has a diploma as a medical assistant. She is very familiar with all aspects of patient interaction as she has training at all points of the process. Cayla is a warm and friendly presence in the office and has the ability to make people smile. Cayla often puts patients at ease with her humor and easy manner which always makes a visit to the doctor’s office a bit less intimidating. Cayla became familiar with the practice long before she worked here as she had been a cosmetic surgical patient of Dr. Karen’s who enjoyed the experience so much she wanted to join the team.
