2nd Annual 5K Walk for Women
The 2st Annual 5K Walk for Women to benefit the Laurel Center (formerly the Shelter for Abused Women) fulfills a very important need for women and children of the City of Winchester and the counties of Frederick and Clarke. With the contributions from last year, we were able to raise a fantastic amount of money for the Laurel Center to really help make a difference for many in need.

When: Saturday, September 12, 2009
Registration opens at 7:30 AM
5K Walk starts at 8:30 AM
Where: Walk will start and end at our office location, 2055 Valley Avenue
Registration Fee:
$20 per participant OR
$10 per participant w/ a donation on the day
of the walk of a needed item for the shelter
(see website for wish list of items)
$100 for team of up to 6 people
FREE for children 12 and under
